I have found a work around to this issue in another post, which I just used diskpart clean commad to wipe the disk before pushing my OSD but obviously I cannot I ran through the typical steps of using diskpart to clean & partition the disk, everything looked fine. It was when I fat-fingered the format command that I discovered the issue.
