Openoffice Error Getstorage Name No Content

Mail about any other subject will be silently ignored. Maybe you should delete your .openoffice directory? I also think I ran the installer by clicking on the executable from konqueror, as root of course. The new files work normally. The symptoms were isolated (corrupted Common.xcu file), but the cause was not determined in 23220. This happened after I deleted /home/user/.openoffice and then "emerge openoffice-bin". https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=31080 I seem to recall that I had to run the installer as root and it worked fine.
