Loading... This message comes up before or after you opt to start the recovery? These 2 options were actually also suggestions I came across when googling and youtubing. UPDATE: The issue has been fixed due to being a problematic floppy drive.

I have reset the BIOS options to default and have put hard-drive as number one boot priority. Settings for hard drive are not correct.

I just had to press enter on "Start windows ...." because it was not shutdown properly.
