I’m really happy that your staff reached out to tell me my logo was too big and they helped make the logo fit and look professional. In fact I would pay for your company to do the whole placing and sizing of the logo. I also suggest you add more font options. I would have paid to use the old English font, or offered me some guidelines on how to download the font I needed and upload it from my iPhone. Overall your employee that reached out to me made my experience stress free and saved the day.

The shirts themselves were rough and not that comfortable, however, custom ink allowed me to get the shirts I needed with time to spare. They delivered the day they said they would be delivered, which was good especially during the Christmas season.
